AGREEMENT OVERVIEW

This agreement contains the entire understanding between POST SD MEDIA (Photographer) and the Clients (defined by the names stated above). It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. Initial below
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The following photography session will be provided as indicated below on a one-time basis (non- recurring). Once photography session is complete, post-editing will take approximately 2-4 weeks. Client will be updated regularly during the process. Once all photographs are completely edited, all digital files will be downloadable in high resolution format via online gallery and is password protected. Client will be able to download single or whole album digital files. Online gallery will be active for 1 month time since original posting date. Gallery can be reactivated per Client’s request after the 1 month expiration. To note hours of service does not include set-up and logistic time.
